CZECH NEWS CENTER HOLDING a. s. has completed the acquisition of Ringier Axel Springer CZ a. s.
The transaction follows the agreement from the 20th December 2013, in which Ringier Axel Springer Media AG, a joint venture Ringier Axel Springer AG and SE, agreed with entrepreneurs Daniel Křetínský and Patrik Tkáč to sell its Czech subsidiary, Ringier Axel Springer CZ a.s., including the printing houses Ringier Axel Springer Print CZ a.s. and its participation in PNS. As Daniel Křetínský and Patrik Tkáč acquisition are realized through the company CZECH NEWS CENTER, Ringier Axel Springer CZ a.s. and Ringier Axel Springer Print CZ a.s. change their names.
This change will be effective after the registration in the Commercial Register.
